Of course someone takes or gets rid of your stuff when you die, but, I think we all would hope it goes to someone who would appreciate it or remember you as opposed to just making you forgotten and disappeared. Sad.
… my relatives already threatened to throw everything out when I die and I’m not even ill yet.
