I’m sorry, but I cannot see how Tristen is alive. I just looked back at the panel where he got hit, the tire marks go right over his chest, at the weight of a truck his lungs should be crushed, his ribcage collapsed, and his heart ‘popped’ not to mention that pool of blood around him.
Estimating that Tristen is 5’8”—6’ and judging from the puddle of blood he would have lost about 2.4 pints of blood. Which is actually not bad,(This is funky math, it’s hard to get scale from a comic)
The car rolled over his legs and stomach. His brain and heart may have just minimal damage. The blood loss and organ damage caused by not having enough blood for some time may be his worst problem.
