Attempting to reply to InsaneXade: (reply still seems to not want to work, we’ll see if it actually does) i think Wylie drinking blood has to do with the mirror, some form of black magic that has to be fed to be contained.
For those of you who have read “The Alchemist; Secrets of the immortal Nicolas Flamel” (The whole series is a Great read, check it out) the Elder Quetzflquatal had a mirror, that when fed blood would act as a scrying glass. The more it was fed, the more it drained you, and not just of blood.
Could Wylie’s mirror be similar, only it does something else? If by feeding the mirror is he keeping that shadow trapped, or is it poisoning Wylie to give it blood so it can get more powerful?
