Training might mean he doesn’t tear up the classroom at the very least. If he’d hit a load bearing beam instead of brick and plaster things could have been worse.
You should train anyway.
When you train, you will learn both how to hit and how to not hit. No training means no control. You can STILL injure someone without training, and it can be someone else than who you wanted to injure, or you can injure them worse.
