Speaking of eating vegetables. I know most kids don’t like broccoli, the classic vegetable, but here’s a good way to make it.
1) get and adult to help you cut up the broccoli into small-ish pieces
2) place the broccoli on an oven safe pan
3) lightly drizzle olive oil over the broccoli
4) lightly salt and pepper the broccoli
5) toss until all broccoli is coated with oil salt and pepper
6) get an adult to help you, and put the tray of broccoli I the oven at 350 Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy.

Broccoli is one of the few vegetables I like, I prefer mine stir fried.
Haley’s dad should have lead by example. If only he had eaten his vegetables his car would have been fine!
Eat your veggies kids!
